"A Rastaman once told me that the tongue is a double-edged sword, even though it may be one of the smallest muscles in your body. It can do the most damage. It can start wars or bring peace."
Hailing from Watford, North-West London, heavy-weight spitter Dubbledge first gained interest with 'The Internet Song' which he posted online. In 2005 he dropped his 'Fist Of Jah' mixtape and followed it up with his debut album in 2007, 'The Richest Man In Babylon'. HHC magazine awarded it as 'Album of the month' describing it as an "enjoyable, entertaining, and rewarding listen", noting Dubbledge's "skill for setting the ordinary next to the extraordinary, blending the humdrum everyday minutia with the dramatic and explosive".
2009 saw the release of his 'One Inch Punch' mixtape and the inclusion of the LG-produced 'Alphabets' on YNR's 'Feeding Time at the Zoo' comp, whetting the appetites of his fans in eager anticipation of his sophomore album. A regular collaborator with Micall Parknsun and Foreign Beggars, Dubbledge has worked with many of the UK's most respected Hip Hop artists and continues to do so, while staying busy with recording and live performances.
